Current Planning Negotiations

 We have various residential sites recently completed or under discussion at the present time:- 

• Burgess Hill, close to town centre an area of approximately 15 to 22 residential units.
• Lindfield, a potential development site for approximately 65 residential units.
• Haywards Heath, a residential site for a flat scheme of approximately 50-55 units.
• East Grinstead vicinity, a small area of land available potentially for possibly 3 detached units.
• Crawley, a small scheme for approximately 10 flats. 

We are happy to assist in the negotiation and planning of all shapes and sizes from one unit to five hundred units.
