Roger Harris & Co was established in 1982 and set up its offices originally in Haywards Heath, followed by Cuckfield and Burgess Hill.
Having been local to this area since the early 1960’s we are able offer and provide a sound basis and wealth of local information which can be of benefit in todays world in pursuing new or indeed varied planning consents. As a local company, over the years we have been involved in some substantial local schemes. We were involved in seeking the change of use on the Priory in Franklyn Road, Haywards Heath to offices and we secured the freehold interest of the old Hayworthe Hotel, now known as Hayworthe House on behalf of clients.
Currently we are involved in a number of high profile residential development schemes within Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and Surrey. We have just completed a quality, small, select residential development in Denmans Lane, Lindfield whereby there had been 97 objections to the actual planning application. However, we were successful.
We are not just known for our residential involvement. We are very active within the commercial market and are always seeking new additions to our current registers. These properties being of various shapes and sizes, whether this may be open storage land, for example, to a 50,000 sq.ft purpose built light industrial building.
Our services do not stop at the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties. We are confident in offering assistance in commercial property valuations, planning and development and dilapidations.
